CustomCut™ Stickers are made with a Professional Grade White 6 Mil Matte Vinyl Material with Removable Adhesive.
They come in individual singles for easy distribution. CustomCut™ Stickers are a premium product and are an upgrade to thin paper stickers which come on a roll and are harder to distribute.

- All Stickers require a 1/8” white border around the artwork design.
- CustomCut™ stickers are sold by the square inch. To calculate the total number of square inches needed for your design, simply multiply the Length times the Width of your sticker size including an additional 1/8” white border. Please make sure your art file indicates the sticker die cut outline with the 1/8” white border so we understand how you want the finished sticker to look.*We cannot make stickers that are less than 2 square inches.
- Please note: Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another. Product material thickness, size and color as well as ink color can vary slightly from product to product and order to order. We cannot guarantee an exact colour match with digital printing but we come as close as possible. Vinyl material comes wrinkled but flattens with use over time and will be effected by outside temperature. This cannot be considered a defect.
